Purpose
CWF has developed an HSE program in an effort to protect its employees in a safety sensitive work environment. CWF is in existence for the benefit of customers, each of its employees, the environment in which we live, and place a primary emphasis on employee Health and Safety.  In doing so, CWF believes that they maximize customer satisfaction and employee welfare by minimizing injuries and loss potential.

Process
The objective of the CWF HSE program is to:

Foster an injury free work place for all employees
Training employees so that an educated/common sense approach to HSE can be made for work activities that becomes second nature.
Create a culture of continuous improvement that enhances our status as the provider of choice that offers a compliant and cost effective service and products.
Establish an overall employee HSE focus that safeguards our number one resource, personnel.

Program Overview
Although CW Ford Rentals seeks to minimize the dangers of our principal operations, and all other company activities through engineering controls, there are certain chemical, mechanical, electrical, environmental, and other hazards in the work place that must be administratively controlled.  CWF sets policies and practices designed to minimize these hazards in a series of specific programs that make up the overall HSE effort.

Executive Declaration
CW Ford Rentals fully supports and endorses compliance with this policy and all Health and Safety, Environmental, Dept. of Transportation, all applicable state, federal, and local regulations that apply to the compliant operation of CW Ford scopes of work, its personnel, and its customers.

All CW Ford personnel will comply with the policies and standards set forth in this program or be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
